- Buyers who choose to save money and combine other listings won must abide by the following combined shipping payment policy: All bidders must pay full shipping fee on first item won as stated above. - We have been doing this for 16 years. Our packing is second to none! Styrofoam is placed inside a cardboard box. The box is filled with packing material to prevent bag movement. We double or triple bag all corals with minimum 3 mil thick bags specifically designed for liquid transport. We may wrap the bags in newspaper for additional insulation. If needed a heat/ice pack is placed and the box is taped shut for shipment. We use only the best 30-60 hour heat pack or gel ice packs designed specifically for live transport. We don't try and save money by using cheap hand warmers that only last a couple of hours. We pack at the last possible moment to minimize time in transit and personally hand deliver your box to the shipper. Be confident that we do everything that we possibly can to ensure that the corals get to you alive. This is why we offer “OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE" (see details below)
- We usually ship on one of the following days Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (our choice). This lessens the chance that the coral will get stuck in a warehouse somewhere over a long weekend.
- Any special shipping request MUST be agreed and discussed.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays/errors caused by the shipper, bad weather, or any unforeseen event .
- We only ship to the continental USA. No exceptions.

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY:

- We will allow combined shipping on multiple items won in a single box so that you may save greatly on shipping costs. Items will be held ONLY if you are actively bidding on other items for a maximum of two weeks or may be extended if agreed to by us prior to bidding.
- There is a slight additional combined shipping fee for all items won and combined. Please see the payment section.

MY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

It is fact that we are out of control to the shippers handling, However, we want you to shop here with confidence so we back all of our products by our "LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE". To qualify you MUST adhere to the following explicit guidelines. Not doing so voids our guarantee.

- In the unlikely event that a coral arrives to you D.O.A (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) you must contact us within 3 HOURS of receipt with clear pictures of the dead coral. Send your e-mail with pictures to coralcrazed2006@verizon.net NOT DOING SO VOIDS THIS GUARANTEE.

- All pictures MUST be taken clear and in focus. Please follow the simple and helpful guidelines below:

A. Remove only the outer bag. OPENING THE INNER BAG VOIDS OUR GUARANTEE.
B. In the event that the inner bag is punctured, take your pictures as you received the coral, through outer bag.
C. If both bags were punctured in transit, more than likely your box was severely mishandled by the shipper and live arrival guarantee will be VOID (remember that I use thick 3 mil thick bags designed for liquid transfer, no cheap stuff). Although there is very little l can do in this case, send your pictures none-the-less for our consideration. USPS may place the box in a bag or dedicated USPS box and may even contain an "informational notice" that damage has occurred in transit.

1. You must include at least one clear picture which shows both the D.O.A. coral and the inner bag un-opened.
2. Another picture must show clear close up of the dead coral in the un-opened bag.
3. last picture must show condition of box and/or packing material.
4. Take a photo of any USPS notice that you may have received which will help with our consideration.

- Any out of focus, unclear, or dark photos will NOT be considered for credit. Only send clear pictures that shows the coral is D.O.A. If your photos are unsatisfactory, we ask that you follow any request from us for additional pictures.

- After photos are taken, please float the UN-OPENED bag in your tank water to acclimate water temps and wait for further instruction from us.

- Credit TOWARD YOUR NEXT PURCHASE or replacement is our choice. Credit amount to be issued will be determined on purchase price only. Credit will NOT cover S&H fee, box fee, or heat/ice pack(s) fee. Buyer will be responsible for shipping of future replacements to him/her. All credit/replacements issued by us must be used within 3 months and is dependent on availability.

- Our live arrival guarantee is void if the shipper does not make a NEXT DAY EXPRESS delivery within the commitment time to the correct shipping address and/or the buyer is not home to accept the package on first attempt. Buyer should contact their local Post Office if there were any errors made by the USPS and arrange for immediate pick up.

- Photo(s) shown is exactly how the coral appears in our tank, under our lighting, under our tank conditions, and with our camera equipment. Color is never guaranteed to be exact in your tank. Remember that actual color of corals are dependent on many factors and conditions such as lighting, water chemistry, and depth of placement. If you would like to know the specs of my equipment and lighting used to take the photos that you see, please inquire by e-mail. I will be happy to explain however, I will not divulge any trade secret in the methodology of taking the pictures you see.
