Default Iodine - Do u dose it or not? Vote and please explain
So...im doing all my homework now before spending any more of my previous dollars and i cannot find any more info on this website regarding iodine and how many of u are dosing it or not......please vote and give details of why yes..why no...and how much etc....

I was told by LFS to follow the instructions on the kent iodine bottle and does 1 capful every week...im learning that anything that gets dosed should be tested but heard that iodine tests are a PITA...

HELP!!!
