Thanks Dave - I knew YOU were going to say, "get a larger tank."
Actually I really like the idea of turning the 55g into a sump. I could have
a double decker tank display and divide the 55g into a refugium & sump.
If I owned my own home I would be more inclined to do just that.
But I am a renter and the big 200+g system will have to wait.
I know I could save some money in the long run and buy a larger reef-ready tank but I really am looking forward to getting this 55g tank to work.
I know UPGRADE is the next progession of the Reefing disease/addiction.
I do really appreciate your advice and wisdom!
