Exactly.
And not only that, but the fact is that even if Mr. Borneman and RS believe they have "put this behind them" it was never theirs to put behind anything. This isn't just about them. Those corals were never owned by either of them. They were owned by you, by me, and by the American people. What happened to those corals is our business... we should have been informed as to what happened to them. The fact that it's taken two years for all this to finally come to light is only troubling in that it should have had to have been brought to light not by a hobbyist filing a FOIA request, but by the participants in the project themselves.
