Finally got the diamond gobys into the tank. One was on the floor within about 45 secs. He's first attempt at jumping was stopped by the 3" Perimeter Euro bracing. Then he saw light at the overflow and headed directly for it. About the time I came around the corner to enter the fishroom where the overflow box is, he jumped again and was on the floor. I netted him up and put him back in the tank. That took a bit of the wind out of him. He sort of just floated to the bottom. They are both resting under some rock work for the night. I did a quick rig with some ?????? (brain fart), that white plastic stuff with little squares generally used for lighting. Anyway, I hope they won't make it through the overflow tonight. I'll take a good look at things tomorrow.
