That's really too large a bioload. Keep in mind that once you add live rock, the actual water in the tank will be about 6 to 7 gal. That's not very much to work with.
Also, the water quality demanded by an anemone is unlikely to be met in a 10 gal tank. Another problem is that a typical BTA, the easiest one to keep, can grow to fill an area almost as large as the tank.
I'd suggest one or two small gobies, or perhaps one small fish and a shrimp.
Of course, you or santa can always give her a much larger tank. (evil grin)
