As I recall, you are not too far from the coast. If I had to make a choice, I'd use NSW.

Many years ago, about 40, I did just that. I'd drive to Cape May NJ and collect NSW at the north end of town. It actually worked rather well. Since it's loaded with bacteria to start with, the initial cycle was very fast. The down side was that the local water was only about 1.022, so I kept the tank at that SG. It was FO, so it wasn't that much of a problem. The other problem with NSW was that the water should sit a few weeks or be used in a tank with no livestock for a few weeks to prevent disease outbreaks.
