Got him.

He's now in a QT with a few pieces of live rock rubble, a sponge filter that had been sitting in the sump (for instances such as this), a power head, an air bubbler and a DIY cave (upside down rubbermaid container with a door and some holes cut it in for flow.

Drip line is hooked up and dripping. On our way to hypo.

The scopas tang also came down with ich on the intial infestation but quickly recovered and I assume he built up an immunity. The only other fish that shows any signs is a bi-colored blenny. He can slip right through the eggcrate trap so I can't catch him with that. I may try to whip up an inverted bottle trap and see if he takes that bait right off but it will have to be quick. The drip line is already dripping in the QT to start bringing the salinity down.
