coralife makes a ro system that works great i have it and love it as for heaters make sure they will fit in the sump befor you buy them as for liverock check out j&l aquatics online there realy cheap even after shipping you probably wont need a wave controler if you set-up power heads right good luck i rember my first reef tank what a challenge let it cycle with a couple of damsels and some live rock for around 3 months first i only say damsels because there cheap and you will probably loose a few slong the way and dont put straight tap water in it will kill the live sand and live rock
