Default Coraline Algae Problem, I Think!

Hello and thanks for all the tips last time. Now I have a new problem or so it seems. The tank and LR are cycling nicely. The parameters for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are zero, ph is at 8.23, calcium is 425 and Alk is 10.5.

Now, as the subject says, all of my pink coraline algae has turned white. The size and shape are still the same. The purple and red algae are normal and there is still some pink left in other parts of the tank. I had lots of pink growing on otherwise clean LR and it has turned white also.

Has anyone had this happen and, if so, what happened later? Is this natural or something really wierd? There is little or no nuissance algae, the crabs and snails take care of that.

Thanks, in advance, for your comments on this.
