Most folks try to get more sump space. It seems that in my replumb, I'm doing the opposite.

Anyone see anything wrong with running a Deltec skimmer "in sump"?

I'd like to have more floor space in my fish room.
The Deltec as it sits now is going to be in the way of replumbing.
Since it has a habit of leaking slightly, I'd feel safer with it in sump.
