Acro Overnight Death
I don't know if this is an emergency, other than worry that it may spread.
Healthy rapid growing acro when I went to bed, and looks like this when I woke up:

he's on the opposite end of the tank and hasn't moved in a year

About th only thing you can try is to frag off the part that's still good. Even so, your unlikely to save it.
This sort of thing is common with acros. Possibly there are water quality issues.
