Default New LR but unknown growth....

Hi there i have recently put some live rock into my new orca 550. Its been running for about a week and i have added 1.5kg of live rock.
All levels are as they should be but there is some white 'cobweb' like growth on the live rock which appears to have grown over the last couple of days.
It looks soft as it is moving in the water flow but its spreading and has occured in several different place on the small amount of LR

Any advice on what it maybe folks???

Thanks

The only thing that comes to mind is some form of algae.
What type of LR do you have?
I see several different types of white ( cob-web) like algae.

Sounds like uncured rock. You may be experiencing some die off that is now growing a white film of bacteria/fungus which is eating the dead stuff. What is your nh4 (ammonia) level?

Unfortunately im not sure on the type of live rock its from the lfs but def cured rock.
Being a beginner i 1st thought the worst but if this is a good growth then i will be chuffed! supprised how quickly it appeared though.
i have a not so great photo but i will attach it if i can!!

i tested yesterday when i first saw the 'growth' and the ammonia was at 0
i will test again soon and see if there has been a spike.
As a beginner i asked the advice of the lfs but they said it was cured LR - maybe i have made my first mistake here!!!
the rock dosent smell like uncured though???

is this likely to cause me any problemns in the long run??? i was thinking of adding some more LR soon should i wait??? i may get if from another source??
