Water Change Problem

I'm glad to hear you found your problem. I have had better luck using titanium heaters, though they are not fool proof.

I also purchase 50g bags of salt mix and mix 1/2 at a time. This is not ideal, but I am extra vigilant to make sure I close the bag up tightly.

Thanks everyone. There are lots of water changes ahead. I will make sure the water change barrel is the same ph, temp, and SG as the main tank before use. I will also be more vigilant about the condition of my equipment. The fish, snails and crabs are pretty much back to normal and the corals are slowly opening.
