The major item I pulled out of that article is the reason my corals (esp. Xenia) curled up the time I tried Coralife. Do a search in that article on Lithium. That looks like a really really dangerous level of Lithium. When the article first came out there were many many discussions about the vast overdose of trace elements in salt mixes. The conclusion was that in order to keep costs reasonable there had to be some degree of impurities in the saltmix.

Was recently introduced to hW Marinemix Plus BioElements Professional salt and reef additives and I must say I am very very please with all the products this company produces.

2 LFS here use the products on all the tanks and they are amazing to say the least.

I guess I am a bit of a salt whore! I used IO for years, am trying TM currently and have a bag of Bio Sea to try out as well.
