First, and most important,
never ever medicate a reef system. I don't care what the LFS store says, or what the medication says,
do not consider any medication reef safe.
Second, don't panic.
The best alternative is it get your self a modest size treatment tank, set it up and use it to treat the fish. You only need a modest filter system, and a few decorations so the fish can hide. Then treat there.
The best, and least invasive treatment is hyposalinity. Over several days gradually reduce your SG from it normal of about 1.025 to about 1.011. Keep it there for 2 - 3 weeks. Then reverse the process to bring the SG back to normal. If there is no alternative, you can do this in your main tank, but it may be tough on any inverts you have. The parasites can not live in low salinity.
If that fails to work, you will need to move the fish to a treatment tank and treat it there. I prefer copper sulfate used with copper test kit. Treatment is 2 to 3 weeks.
