Default New tank plans

Possibly should be in DIY but it is about my new tank so I posted here:

I've made a start on my new 5x2x2, built a stand, got my sump, 2 ocean runner 3500's, twin 250w mh unit, 30kg of LR bubbling away in a tub of water ready to go in when the tank arrives in September. I've been buying bits since last year to spread the cost a bit!

Here's some progress piccys:

(sorry about the crap on top!)

(FW resovoir for auto top up)

(30kg of LR)

(twin mh unit)

More pictures to follw as I progress!

Very Nice!
I am curoius as to why you chose to divide the under-stand area. Why not just have it all open?

Thanks for the comments guys.

I divided the stand so that I could have all the electrics in the end cupboard, just thought there would be less chance of anything getting wet. I've left a 7" shelf at the front of the sump to stand things on like the phoshphate reactor/calcium reactor etc.

cheers,

Mark

Nice looking stand. Well thought out and great craftsmanship. I am wondering how you got the sump in there though - or how you will get it out? Looking forward to seeing this up and running.
