Thought ya'll would like o see the oldest pic of my 75g before I knew anything. This is what the "store" sold me as a reef setup. I dont have a pic that is older, the light and skimmer I added a couple of months after I set it up.(They sold me a 48" T12 standard hood - said it was plenty)
They also told me that 12 - 15 lbs of LR was plenty for 75g and that I could keep up to 20 fish in there.
The tubes in the center go to a Magnum 350 canister(currrently in a landfill somewhere)
I was tryimg to think of a way to have the CL diverted without seeing the locline pieces. Here is some Marshall Island LR that I drilled out the fingers with a 1/4" bit. It took several attempts before I figured out how to drill without absolutely destroying it. Gotta let the silicone dry then I'll hook it up to a pump
I got tired of having to unplug and then lift off my lights to be able to get inside so I have modded my lights:
I took some old bed rails(perfect angle iron and perfect price - free)
Not sure how to describe this so you'll have to look at the pics to see what I have done.
