Default underwater epoxy??

any opinions on aquarium systems's holdfast epoxy? i've seen in some sites that you can use it and let it cure underwater while the packaging says to dry everyting off as best as possible. i've read some threads here where they say it does work underwater, but it takes a couple of days...

my emerald crab is playing volleyball with a small polyp rock.

if the rock is small....like dime to quarter sized...easiest thing to use is super glue GEL.....i haven't had much luck with 2part epoxy's on my rocks...it hardens just fine, but all i'm left with is another rock....it doesn't stick anything together...
