Very Large Reef Tank?
I called my wife Friday at lunch and got no answer at home. I tried her on her cell. She answered that. I said where are you? Oh, I'm with the relaters. She replied. What! I said. Anyway she was looking at a house close to our new plant in Hartland, WI. She quickly told me there was a pool in the basement. I told her I don't want a house with a pool in the basement they're nothing but problems. She quickly replied, I'll let you turn it into a great big fish tank.
We're going to look at the house together on Sunday. Can you imagine the cost of something like that? I'll go look but I'm not buying that one. Nice try by the wife though.

Me and my wife is cracking up! At what lengths we go to get what we want. Nice try on your wife. At least you are tweaking your curiosity. Must be some nice size house.

Sure, Just tell me what you want her to tell him. We looked at one house Sunday that was an absolute piece of crap for $259,000. What a joke. We then looked at another one down the road for 20 grand less that was very nice but on a busy road.

You could be like me, buy a crappy house on a large lot in an awesome neighborhood for CHEAP! Then in 10 years call the buddy with a bulldozer and build a new one!

There's no cheep houses or lots around this area anymore. Lots that were $35,000 ten years ago are now $75,000. I saw a 3 acre parcel on Sunday for sale for $220,000. I saw a crappy house on 43 acres of wetland for $450,000. These people are nuts. Another one was a piece of crap small ranch on Golden lake for $850,000. There were gnats flying around outside. They were so bad you had to leave the back yard area. I paid $119,00 for my 1200 SQ FT ranch 12 years ago and now the real estate people say it's worth $240,000 because we are on a crappy little lake with nothing in it but turtles and carp. The Realtors and lending institutions are about as crooked as our lobbyists. But that's another topic.
