OK, after repositioning the Maxijet mod three damn times, The tank is really pissed off. I did some minor replumbing and mounted frags. So basically I spent about 4-5 hours on the tank today.
Here are current pics with sand storm going on. I wish you could truly see the colors of these corals! Perhaps after the sandstorm is over.
Anyhow, the XM 20k is REALLY blue on a pfo hqi ballast! I mean REALLY blue.
I guess we shall wait and see what it looks like after burn in.
As for the maxijet mod, I would go with the MJ 1200 lower flow model. I have the high flow model and it is almost too much for this little tank.

I am going out christmas shopping today, and picking up a turkey baster, have to set up the canister filter and blow the sand off the rocks. The maxijet mod is kicking tail and taking names!
OK, we are in the second day and I lost 1 frag, it looked like it could have been a tri-color. It came in pretty bleached. I think I may be losing one more. I cannot really tell right now. If it is going, it will be gone tomorrow.
Although, The pink acro I got is polyped out like crazy! HE is right in front of the maxi mod so it must love that much flow.
The pure green one is doing well also. All the rest of the blue ones are doing well. I received one orange/red zoo frag that is stunning.
